Welcome to J Star Cards. References to “Company” herein refer to J Star Cards. J Star Cards operates this online store and website encompassing all relevant information, content, features, tools, merchandise and order-related services to deliver curated shopping experiences (hereinafter the “Services”) to you as our customer. This storefront is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with referenced policies incorporated herein (collectively the “Terms”), set forth your rights and obligations when using the Services.

No order is legally confirmed until formal acceptance from J Star Cards; we must receive and process payment prior to order confirmation. Please verify all order details carefully before submission, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been approved and processed. Should we reject, amend or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address and/or contact number provided at checkout.

Section 4 – Pricing & Billing

(iv) You are liable for full payment of the displayed product price plus applicable shipping costs, administrative fees and statutory taxes.
Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery
We accept no liability for shipping delays. All quoted delivery durations are estimations and not guaranteed delivery timelines. Delays incurred by courier operators, customs clearance procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control shall not be our responsibility. Title and risk of loss for ordered items transfers to you once goods are handed over to the designated shipping carrier.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All content featured within our Services including without limitation trademarks, branding, written text, imagery, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, product design, content selection and layout is the proprietary property of J Star Cards, its affiliates or licensors and protected under domestic and international patent, copyright and intellectual property statutes.
These Terms grant you limited permission to access and use the Services exclusively for personal non-commercial use. Without prior written consent from J Star Cards, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download or transmit any content hosted on our platform. J Star Cards’ online store is hosted on Shopify’s e-commerce infrastructure enabling us to deliver Services to customers. All sales transactions between J Star Cards and end customers are contracted directly with J Star Cards. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify bears no liability for any aspect of transactions including property damage, bodily harm or financial loss stemming from products purchased via our store. You hereby fully indemnify and release Shopify and its subsidiaries from all claims, damages and legal liabilities originating from your commercial dealings with J Star Cards.

(c) Scraping and harvesting other users’ personal identifiable information;
(d) Conducting phishing scams, fraudulent schemes or spoofing activities;
(e) Deploying automated crawlers, scrapers, bot scripts or AI agent tools to access the site without authorisation;
(f) Circumventing platform security, access restrictions or anti-bot protection measures implemented by our team.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your user account without advance notice upon confirmation of any Terms violation.
Section 14 – Automated Agent Provisions
14.1 Scope
This Agent Clause applies if you deploy, authorise or activate any automated Agent to access or interact with our Services. An “Agent” refers to software or automated services programmed to execute autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of an individual or legal entity with limited ongoing human oversight.
14.2 Agent Identification Requirement
No Agent may access or interact with our Services unless it properly identifies itself and fully complies with all rules listed under Clause 14.4. We retain authority to demand immediate suspension of all Agent access at any time.
14.3 Access Restrictions
We may implement technical safeguards to monitor, limit or block all Agent-driven site traffic and platform interactions.
14.4 Mandatory Agent Obligations
(i) Disclose Agent identity within every HTTP/HTTPS request via user-agent header formatted as: Agent/[Agent Name];
(ii) Do not mask or obfuscate automated origin by mimicking human browsing patterns or bypassing CAPTCHA and anti-bot verification challenges;
(iii) Respond truthfully to all human/automated verification prompts;
(iv) Refrain from evading any technical restrictions deployed to block or regulate Agent access to our Services.
Section 15 – Termination
We may terminate these Terms or suspend your full or partial Service access immediately without prior written notice at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you remain financially liable for all outstanding balances accrued prior to closure.
The following clauses survive contract termination: Intellectual Property, User Feedback, Termination, Warranty Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severance, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law and all other provisions intended by their nature to remain legally effective post-termination.

This liability exclusion applies regardless of legal cause including breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or other tort claims, even if advised of the potential for such damages stemming from platform errors, omissions or third-party content hosted on our website.

Should any single clause within these Terms be ruled illegal, invalid or unenforceable by competent judicial authority, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum legal permissible limit and deemed severed from the remainder of the contract; the validity and enforceability of all remaining contractual provisions shall remain unaffected.

Our failure to enforce any stipulated right or contractual clause shall not constitute a permanent waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms alongside all supplementary store policies published on our official website constitute the complete binding agreement governing your platform usage and supersede all prior oral or written negotiations, correspondence and draft agreements between both parties including obsolete versions of these Terms. Ambiguous wording within these Terms shall not be strictly construed against the drafting party.
