Return Policy
Our 7-day return policy applies. You may submit a return request within 7 days after receiving your items.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused and unworn with original tags intact, kept in their original packaging and in the exact condition as upon receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jstarcards.co.jp. All returned goods must be shipped to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with guidelines for packaging and shipment instructions. Items sent back without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us promptly if your goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange appropriate resolutions accordingly.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned, including perishables (food, fresh flowers, live plants etc.), custom-made personalised goods, hygiene and cosmetic items. Dangerous goods, flammable liquids and gases are also non-refundable and non-returnable. Please reach out to our support team if you need clarification on specific items.
Sale merchandise and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain your desired replacement item is to return your original product and place a brand-new separate order once your return has been processed and approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above terms, for orders delivered to European Union territories, you reserve the statutory right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days without providing any justification. The same return conditions apply: goods must remain unused/unworn with original tags and original packaging, accompanied by purchase proof or receipt.
Refunds
You will receive notification once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, alongside the result of your refund application. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note banks and card issuers may require additional processing time to credit funds to your account.
